This was my third set of 3 little boys in for the week. The oldest wasn’t feeling pictures and really didn’t want any part of it. We managed to get him in a few shots and the face expressions were priceless. It’s all about capturing real life right?! Ha!
This little guy was such a joy! Just loved wrapping him all up 🙂

I have known this gorgeous mama since I was just a little girl. It has been such an honor to see watch her beautiful family grow through the years. These 2 big brothers are the sweetest and most well-mannered little boys I have ever met. They were both so excited to be big brothers and were so gentle with their sweet baby.

It was great to see this blue-eyed little man again! Can’t believe how big he is getting and OMG those eyes!
We started out with an outfit that mom brought because I mean, who doesn’t love a little man outfit. Then we had to strip him down to see those baby rolls!
Can’t wait to see him again for his birthday. It will be here before we know it!

This sweet girl was just perfect for her sitter session. I had found a vintage dress in an antique store a while back and couldn’t wait to use it. I found myself waiting for the perfect session and THIS was it! I just adore this little girl!

I had SOOO much fun during this session. First of all, this little guy was so easy to work with and so smiley!!! Then to top it off, we pulled out baby food and he had a blast. Got a little messy but just didn’t care. Kept trying to feed himself. I HAVE to do this again during a session. It was a great way to capture this stage.

Firefighter’s Daugher – Newborn Session {Crystal Lake Baby Photographer}

I loved everything about this session! Started out as a referral from a friend and fellow photog which is always a good thing. This couple was so sweet and so much fun to work with. They were calm and patient and followed the checklist which gave us a sleepy and happy baby!
Dad is a firefighter and I was so happy to incorporate that into a few photos. Mom is a nurse and continuing her schooling so we wanted to incorporate that as well. This little beauty’s nursery was done in elephants so I had a little photoshop fun too. Not my typical work but it was fun to play around with. I hope to be able to watch this little one grow!
