I had such a good time with this family!! Baby J here is the third adorable little one in this family who now has 3 ages 3 and under. Busy busy parents but they are so laid back! The goal for this session was just that we got all three in the same shot and bonus if they are looking. These two cuties just really weren’t into their new baby but they were super sweet! They definitely loved their little brother but just didn’t really want to hold or touch him ;). I had to pull out the smarties for a bribe and then we managed to get all three together.
Dad is a firefighter and I was happy to incorporate his jacket. J was such a good baby for his session!!

Sweet birthday girl in pink {Crystal Lake child photographer}

This gorgeous birthday girl is such a peanut. So tiny! She rocks and rocks all the time. She makes herself so happy rocking away. Mom and Dad brought in her favorite rocking chair to get a few pictures in that as well.
I was happy that her big brother and sister came along. It’s always good to see them all.

This little one was full of little smirks and sideways smiles during her session. She let me know who was boss and definitely liked to be held. But I mean, come on, holding these babies is an added bonus to the job. She would fuss, I’d hold her. She would instantly calm down and give me the sweetest look. She’s a smart one!

This perfect little man could NOT have been easier to work with! After driving an hour to come and see me, he ate right when he arrived and then was out. We managed to get through parent shots without any big messes on Mom and Dad 🙂
He gave us a few smiles throughout and OH MY those lashes!! Perfect dream to work with and just beyond perfect baby skin! I’m glad that I wasn’t the one that has to pick out the final images. I love them all!

Newborn Mini Session | Baby Boy {Crystal Lake Newborn Photographer}

After every mini newborn session I always think, I could shoot minis all day every day! But then I remember how much I love those sibling and parent shots in my full sessions. I love them both equally! I just cannot pick a favorite! Baby G here had some gorgeous parents so I was a little bummed that I couldn’t get them in a few shots :(. Maybe next time!
Mom and Dad brought in a teepee from his nursery so I was happy to incorporate that into the session. Only 1 hour for the session and we were able to get some great shots for his birth announcements!
